microsoft lifecam hd 6000 windows 10 not recognized when plugged into usb hub

I think the problem was that I didn't do the safety remove hardware, and just unplugged the webcam. If anyone knows how to fix this problem, or in other words get my webcam to work, please let me know I will be VERY thankful. I'm sure its not my computer, because I tried installing FRESH NEW, on a different computer, and everytime i plug in the webcam, that message keeps on poping up. I think it's something wrong with the webcam. Tried many things with those drivers but nothing seems to work. I tried to go to device manager, and UNINSTALL the drivers, etc, restarting computer, reinstall them again, using the CD, etc. For assistance in solving this problem, click on this message'.

One of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it. After about 3 days, I think I UNPLUGGED the webcame, because I had to move it, and then when I plug in back in, Windows pops up with this message: I went on Skype, chatted, and on MSN, it was perfect. When I bought it, I opened it up, installed the drivers/software, then plugged in the webcam.
